Selected Work

I design every deck around the world of its own story.

Whether you're making a rom-com, an action movie or a thriller, your deck should feel like it belongs to that world. My process stays the same: understanding the story, then letting its identity shape everything the deck becomes.

The slides shown are excerpts from completed decks, with confidential details removed to protect client privacy.

Have a Good Day

A character driven dramedy.

Built around the warmth and humour of a family's everyday world, Have a Good Day was pitched using this deck, went on to secure funding, and is now in development.

Last Train

A claustrophobic cat and mouse thriller.

Designed for an indie director's debut feature, Last Train is an ambitious, world building story that needed its scale made visible from the first page. The identity is tense and shadow led, built for the tunnels of the London Underground.

Group Project

A bold, comedic identity.

Developed through the MYM Fully Focused panel, a character led ensemble comedy about one very bad group project. The deck uses playful graphic type and a recurring visual device to carry the story's tone through every slide.

About

Shaped by the set, the script, and the story.

Hello! I'm Giorgia, a designer and filmmaker specialising in cinematic pitch decks for film and television.

Alongside my design work, I have spent the past five years working on high-end TV productions as an Assistant Director, as well as writing and directing my own projects and working in script development part-time. This is the expertise I bring into every deck I create.

More than making your story look good, I aim to capture its essence, while making it easy for people to understand why it stands out. Great ideas can sometimes be overlooked because they aren't packaged in the right way, and I am passionate about closing that gap and giving projects the strongest possible chance of securing funding and moving forward. So, ready to bring your vision to the page?

Process

A simple process that respects your deadline.

  1. 01

    Discover

I start by understanding your project, its script or treatment, tone, audience and objectives, through a scheduled call or through notes.

  2. 02

    Define

Together we develop the visual direction, from reference and typography to colour and overall design language.

  3. 03

    Design

I build the deck itself, shaping your information into a visually engaging narrative.

  4. 04

    Refine

We refine the deck together until it represents your project at its very best, with the full process typically completed within two weeks.

FAQ

Process & Getting Started

  • Absolutely. I understand that your project and ideas are valuable and often still in development. I am happy to sign an NDA or any other reasonable confidentiality agreement before you share sensitive material with me. Once signed, I will return a copy for your records, so you can feel confident that your work is protected throughout the process.

  • The standard process takes around two weeks, from our initial conversation to the final deck. If you're working towards a tighter deadline, I can also offer a fast-track service for an additional 20% on your chosen package. This allows me to prioritise your project and adapt the process around your timeline.

  • I'll usually ask for whatever materials you already have: a script, treatment, synopsis, character descriptions, director's statement, references or previous artwork. You don't need to have everything figured out before we start. Part of my role is helping you identify what needs to be communicated and how best to present it.

  • Not necessarily. I can work with projects at different stages of development. If you have a strong concept, treatment or early draft, we can discuss what you have and what the deck needs to achieve.

  • Yes. This is a collaborative process. We'll establish the creative direction together at the beginning, and you'll have the opportunity to give feedback as the deck develops. My job is to take your vision and translate it into a strong visual presentation, not to take it away from you.

  • Yes. If you have a specific deadline, let me know when you enquire. The standard turnaround is around two weeks, but I offer a fast-track option for an additional 20% so I can prioritise the project and work to your deadline where possible.

Creative Approach

  • No. Every deck is developed specifically for the project. I don't use pre-made templates because I believe the visual language should come from the story itself. The aim is for your deck to feel distinctive, considered and true to the world you're creating.

  • Yes, within the scope of the package. I can help refine and structure the written content so that the deck is clear, concise and engaging, while keeping your voice and vision at the centre. If the project requires more extensive script or copy development, we can discuss this separately.

  • Absolutely. If you already have a deck but feel it isn't quite working, I can help reshape the visual direction, improve the structure and strengthen the overall presentation rather than starting from scratch.

  • Definitely. References are a useful starting point, whether they're films, photography, artwork, typography, colour palettes or existing decks you love. I'll use these to understand your taste and the world of the project, while developing something original rather than simply reproducing the references.

  • I primarily work in Canva and Keynote, but I'm happy to adapt to your preferred software where possible. The priority is creating a deck that works for you and your team.

Pricing & Delivery

  • A pitch deck is much more than a collection of slides. Each project involves research, visual development, storytelling, design and a significant amount of time and attention. I take the time to understand your project and build something specifically around it, rather than relying on templates or a one-size-fits-all approach.

The goal is to create a deck that saves you time, communicates your project clearly and gives it the strongest possible chance of attracting the right attention and securing funding. I see it as an investment in how your project is presented and, ultimately, in its chances of moving forward.

  • No, and I wouldn't want to promise that. A great deck can't guarantee a yes, but it can make sure your project is presented as strongly and professionally as possible. My aim is to remove one of the barriers between a good idea and the people who need to see its potential.

  • Yes. I require a 50% deposit before I begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. This allows me to secure your project in my schedule while keeping the final delivery straightforward.

  • Yes. Your final deck will be delivered in your preferred software, so you can make edits or updates yourself after completion. Until the final payment has been received, all preview and working deliverables will be heavily watermarked and are not for use or distribution.
